Chocolate Protein Breakfast Mousse

The title says "breakfast mousse" but don't let that keep you from trying this recipe any time of day.


  • 1 banana
  • Handful of pecans


  1. Add protein powder to yogurt and mix thoroughly
  2. Add sliced banana and pecans to air fryer and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until golden
  3. Alternatively you can use a skillet to brown the bananas and toast the pecans if you don't have an air fryer.
  4. Add your carmelized bananas and pecans to your yogurt as a sweet, crunchy topping and enjoy!
