Shipping


We offer standard free shipping in the continental United States (plus Hawaii and most Armed Forces addresses) on most regular, full-sized product orders (samples excluded) with same or next business day order processing in most cases.

Expected shipping transit time for the lower 48 states is 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout (for expedited shipments for example). Transit times for all other (non-lower-48-state) orders is 7-14 business days.

Shipping to Canada or other non-US destinations is not currently offered.

 

RETURNS

We have a 90 day return policy. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number, order email etc).

Exchanges


To exchange your product, please email hello@activestacks.com to receive an RMA number and further exchange instructions.


Refunds on returns (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (typically within 14 days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / credit card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
