Chocolate protein powder is great for more than just protein shakes mixed in a shaker bottle.
This smoothie bowl has a peanut butter and jelly taste with hints of chocolate and a nice crunch.
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (we used the wild variety available at Costco)
- 1.5 scoops Active Stacks chocolate beef protein powder
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional to add thickness - skip if you have sensitive digestion)
Blend all the above ingredients and then top with some crisp rice cereal and add a drizzle or dollop of peanut butter. Enjoy the mix of smooth and crunchy!
