For the best milkshake consistency be sure to use a frozen *green* banana and blend all the ingredients thoroughly.
A frozen green banana also doesn't add banana flavor to your chai shake (a ripe one will). The riced cauliflower requires the most blending but is important for adding "body" to the shake.⠀
