FAQ
Is Active Stacks produced in a dedicated allergen-free facility?
No. Our products may be manufactured in facilities that produce items containing milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, fish and tree nuts.
Can you tell me more about the beef protein isolate used in Active Stacks protein powders?
We use hydrolyzed beef protein isolate sourced from US and/or EU-raised beef. It is produced by cooking beef bones to create a broth that is filtered and evaporated to make the high protein powder we use as a base for our products.
Are Active Stacks powders gluten free?
Our products are not certified gluten free. We do not use any gluten containing ingredients however the product is produced in a shared facility so it is not suitable for anyone who must avoid products made in a facility that handles gluten. The production facility also handles other potential allergens such as peanuts & tree nuts.
Is Active Stacks protein powder lab-tested for lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic?
Yes, we have lab testing performed for each of these heavy metals. Since our proteins are beef-based they have a lower risk of heavy metal content compared to high-risk, plant-based protein powders. We're glad to provide the quality assurance of lab-testing regardless.
