- 3 cups water⠀
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill buckwheat hot cereal (or other coarse ground buckwheat groats)⠀
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup (using a lower carb sweetener such as xylitol is an option)⠀
- 3 Tbsp Kerrygold butter⠀
- 1 scoop Active Stacks chocolate protein powder⠀
- Pinch of salt⠀

Cook on medium high heat stirring often until thickened to the desired consistency. Top with blueberries, walnuts and bananas or other toppings of your choice. Serves 3-4
